The tourist district to visit: Beacon Hill
Beacon Hill is a historic neighbourhood known for its Federal-style homes, gas-lit streets and brick pavements. It’s an upscale neighbourhood with many expensive condominiums.
A popular attraction here is Acorn Street, a quaint cobblestone street. We also saw the Massachusetts State House, a beautiful historic structure that serves as a government building. It is adjacent to the beautiful Boston Common and Public Garden.
Beacon Hill is located between Back Bay and North End, allowing tourists to visit attractions in both adjacent neighbourhoods. It’s also a good place to stay if you like being in the middle of a chic neighbourhood with upmarket residences. However, tourist accommodation tends to be fairly expensive.
